All our Counsellors, Hypnotherapists and Holistic Therapists are fully qualified and work within the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) guidelines. We can offer objectivity and confidentiality in a safe and supportive environment where you can honestly explore your problems and concerns.

We have extensive experience within the education sector, providing and managing counselling services, group work, and Life Skills workshops in schools, and have specialists qualified to offer therapeutic intervention to children and young people, as well as staff and parents. We also offer workshops, tailored to suit your individual needs, including Stress/Anxiety management, anger management, Victim Impact/Awareness training and Life Skills, offering ongoing support through group network or one to one intervention.
