Attitude. It's Everything. 😊

Life will throw things at you. It always does.

You can't always control what happens. But you can control how you meet it.

That's attitude.

Not toxic positivity. Not pretending everything is fine. Just a quiet decision — I am not going to let this define me.

Bob Proctor said attitude is the composite of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Change one, and the others follow.

In the therapy room, that's where we start. Not with the problem. With the response to it.

Your attitude is your superpower. Use it. 💛
