Gratitude gets a bad press. People think it means pretending everything is fine.
It doesn't.
It means finding the tiny things — a good coffee, someone who made you smile, five minutes of quiet — and actually noticing them.
Our brain is wired to find problems. Gratitude rewires it.
Bob Proctor said what you appreciate, appreciates. I've seen that play out in the therapy room more times than I can count.
You don't need a perfect life to feel grateful. You just need to look at life a little differently.
