Neuroscience now proves what therapists have known for years — the brain can change. New thoughts, repeated often enough, become new beliefs. New beliefs create new behaviour. New behaviour creates a different life.
Dr Joe Dispenza calls it breaking the habit of being yourself.
I call it the most exciting thing I get to witness in my therapy room.
