What is Life Coaching

Life Coaching can be similar to counselling in the fact that the life coach will spend time listening and encouraging you to talk about what it is you want from your life, and how you would like it to be.

You may have come to a crossroads in your life, a time for change. This may have been brought about by yourself or has been entrusted upon you. Change of job, children leaving home, bereavement, divorce. All through life we can go through changes, which can sometimes leave us feeling unsure of which way forward.

Life Coaching can help you explore the possibilities of your life's potential. Encourage you to look at what has held you back from achieving your dreams, and how to look positively at your future. There may be many ways of living your best life possible, and Life Coaching can be a way of safely and confidentially exploring this new path you want to take.

Life Coaching can be a positive experience for many. It can help identify past behaviours, and then look towards achieving your own personal goals.  Being able to discover how you would really like to move forward, without fear of being judged or discouraged. Self-esteem and confidence can be enhanced by working through issue's that could be preventing you from enjoying your life.

For many people it can be a very constructive experience to look objectively at what is going on for you and how you would like to turn that around into a happy constructive way of being.

Coaching can be done with individuals or with groups.
