Why me?

Feeling Sorry for Yourself? You're Allowed. For a While. 😊

Life isn't fair sometimes. And feeling sorry for yourself when things go wrong is completely human.

But here's what I notice in the therapy room — some people get stuck there. The story becomes this always happens to me or nothing ever works out. And that story, repeated enough, becomes identity.

Self-pity often isn't really about the situation. It's a way of avoiding something harder — taking responsibility, feeling vulnerable, or admitting you need help.

Bob Proctor said you can have results or excuses, not both.

Feel it. Then ask — what now? 💛
