Life Coaching Services

Life Coaching at 4 Therapy UK is a structured, supportive approach designed to help individuals gain clarity, build confidence and move forward with purpose.

By working through whatever is brought into each session, clients are supported in understanding their thought patterns, behaviours and emotional responses. This process helps to unlock motivation, strengthen direction and encourage meaningful personal change.

If you feel stuck, unfulfilled or unsure of your next steps, Life Coaching can help break unhelpful cycles and support a more focused, balanced and forward thinking approach to life.

This service combines elements of coaching, guided reflection and practical goal setting to help individuals overcome barriers and move towards positive, sustainable change.

It has been developed in response to a wide range of real life challenges, including anxiety, low mood, fear, bereavement, major life transitions, stopping smoking, substance misuse recovery and questions around identity and direction.

Clients have also used Life Coaching to progress in their careers, build businesses, strengthen relationships and improve overall wellbeing.

Six Week Programme Structure

The initial programme runs over six weeks and is tailored to individual needs:

Week One: Getting to know the client and current situation
Week Two: Setting short, medium and long term goals
Week Three: Identifying blocks and reframing limiting patterns
Week Four: Reviewing goals and clarifying real needs and direction
Week Five: Assessing progress, change and motivation
Week Six: Moving forward with clarity, structure and confidence

After completing the programme, some clients choose to continue with ongoing monthly Life Coaching sessions. This provides space for reflection, accountability and continued personal development as new challenges arise.

Life Coaching can be highly effective in reducing stress and anxiety by improving self awareness, strengthening decision making and supporting a clearer sense of identity and purpose.

It can also be particularly helpful in situations where individuals are working through difficult life experiences, as it supports recognition of unhelpful patterns and encourages positive change.

Work on identity, confidence and self belief helps individuals recognise their potential, while support for anxiety and low mood focuses on removing internal barriers to progress.

All sessions are fully tailored to the individual, whether delivered weekly or as part of the structured programme.
